From Manhattan

1. QUEENSBORO BRG-LOWER LEVEL / 59TH ST BRIDGE.
2. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto RT-25 E / QUEENS BLVD.
3. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto VAN DAM ST.
4. Turn RIGHT onto 48TH AVE.
5. Turn RIGHT onto 30TH PL.
6. Turn LEFT onto 47TH AVE.
7. Turn LEFT into DRIVEWAY/LOADING DOCK.

We are very close to the 59^th Street Bridge which is a great thing - except when traffic is congested. If coming from the north, coming down from 36^th Street instead of 30^th Street is an option as you can avoid traffic taking this route. Parking is available.
